Tim Young is a mentor, educator, and creative strategist who bridges the gap between mental health, personal growth, and authentic connection. With over a decade of experience guiding youth and adults, Tim creates environments where people can discover clarity, confidence, and purpose through conversation, reflection, and creative expression. His work integrates therapeutic insight, emotional awareness, and practical tools for resilience—helping others navigate life’s challenges while unlocking their potential. When appropriate, Tim incorporates music as a powerful tool to deepen connection, enhance emotional regulation, and make learning and healing more accessible. Rooted in empathy and lived experience, his approach is relational, restorative, and centered on helping individuals understand their stories and apply them with intention.
I enjoy health and fitness, basketball, and creative work in music and video production. I’m passionate about learning, self-improvement, and finding ways to connect personal growth with creativity. Whether through mentoring, teaching, or developing new ideas, I’m always exploring how to bring out the best in others and myself.
