H.E.L.P. LLC offers individual, couples, family and group therapy to adults and youth. We use culturally responsive techniques to provide support and coping strategies for a multitude of areas of mental health including, but not limited to trauma, internalizing disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety), externalizing disorders (anger, attention deficit/hyperactivity), relationship difficulties and more.
H.E.L.P. LLC Case Managers facilitate the community-based assessment and planning process by working with individuals, families, service providers, and other agencies and individuals to create an individualized plan to support the needs for each person. Services are designed to help clients gain access to appropriate and necessary medical, education, career and interrelated social services.
H.E.L.P. LLC licensed clinicians provide comprehensive mental health evaluation and screening services to assess symptoms, diagnose psychological, behavioral and mood disorders, and outline treatment and recovery needs tailored to each individual client. We also provide court-ordered evaluations.
