Hello, my name is Andrea L. Muhammad-Mason, Qualified Mental Health Professional at Healing Empowering & Learning Professionals. My primary goal is to provide students with the tools to achieve their dreams. I aim to be a caring advocate, an educator, and a coach to empower them to succeed. Being a former CPS volunteer, employee, parent, and supporter, I am eager to: learn and continue building on my clinical skills.  I have worked in a number of settings: non-profits, social service agencies, and in Chicago Public Schools. With more than five years in case management, group facilitation, 4 years in counseling and 3 years in care coordination, I am deeply committed to helping students and their parents gain academic success, and thrive in their school environment.  So, I look forward to serving the students and their families.
