Destine Young
SCHOOL CLINICIAN
I’m Destine aka D'Roc, a therapist with 3 years of clinical mental health experience and over 10 years in somatic practices focused on releasing trauma stored in the body. I support teens and young adults (13–30) as they navigate life transitions, identity exploration, and the challenges of growing into themselves. My work is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own story. My clinical style is warm, direct, and honest. I meet you where you are, while gently helping you notice patterns that may no longer serve you. Whether you're working through anxiety, grief, relationship issues, career shifts, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a space where you can feel heard—without judgment—and begin to move toward healing.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m an Artist who finds joy in all things art, whether it’s singing, dancing, painting, or getting lost in music. I love playing sports, binge-watching a good series, and never say no to chocolate. Time with family and close friends is what grounds me most, and I cherish the moments that bring laughter, connection, and creativity into everyday life.
